Shifra N.'s Story
Shifra’s mother has struggled to make ends meet so that she can educate her child. However, at the time of identification in the village, the child was at home, and it was claimed that she had been returned home due to her parents’ failure to pay school fees. Shifra is a very active child and wants to study to become a teacher. At the age of 7 she wants to study and change the life of her mother and siblings.
Shifra’s mother has remarried, however the current husband is not bothered if the step children attend school or not.
