Revers W.'s Story

Revers is 6 years of age and lives with his mother. He is the first born of 3 children. Rever’s parents separated. The father has been neglectful and does not give any child support. The younger children have signs of malnutrition. The mother has no stable source of farming, she can only afford to grow some food to feed her children.
Revers wants to study and become a doctor someday. The child is currently in Primary one and he desires to study so much and yet his mother struggles to provide for the basic needs at school.
The Mother’s plea to Rever’s father to support the family have been successful and therefore, this has affected all members of this family. We feel that an opportunity through sponsorship will bring a positive impact in this child’s life and take a load off his mother’s shoulder.
