Bertha is ambitious but lacks basic needs to make it in life like food and school materials. Bertha lives on an Island called Chisi and her life is at stake. Most of the kids leave school to be involved in fishing to make money. The island that Bertha comes from has no running water and electricity, it has only a small clinic and only one primary school and all the kids goes to that one school and others walk as far as 5 kilometers to access education. Life is pathetic on the Island and get to school its hard hence this young girl needs help. The island has no car and no tarmac road it’s a very primitive life.
