Pavitra S.'s Story

Pavitra comes from a single-parent family that has faced significant financial challenges. She lost her father during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, and since then, her mother has worked hard to provide for Pavitra and her brother and keep them in school.

Last year, Pavitra’s family moved to Bangalore and now lives in a small rented home. Her mother works as a housemaid to support the family, but with limited income and no other sources of financial support, continuing Pavitra’s education is a significant challenge. Her brother is also continuing his studies.
