Abubakar W.'s Story

Abubakar lives with his mother and father in the slums of Kampala. His family faces severe financial challenges, making it difficult to meet daily needs and resulting in inconsistent school attendance. Despite these hardships, Abubakar has a strong love for learning and desires to attend school regularly.

Abubakar’s home environment is also challenging, as his young mother struggles with anger management and positive parenting. At times, this has prevented Abubakar from receiving proper care and medical attention when injured. Through sponsorship, Abubakar would gain access to education, medical support, and a nurturing environment, while his family receives guidance in positive parenting and the love of Jesus Christ. With this support, Abubakar can pursue his dream of becoming a doctor and build a brighter future
